Refund policy

The macOS edition will be sold through the Mac App Store. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s purchase support and applicable store terms.

For product help, contact nokiki11@gmail.com and include the purchase reference. Never include payment-card details. Store refunds follow the relevant store’s rules.

Purchases through Apple or Microsoft stores use that store’s refund process. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights. Direct checkout is not yet available.
